We are a ministry dedicated to providing socks to children so their feet are kept warm and their hearts happy this winter.
Started in September 2010 by then 10-year-old Jordan Danielle Crabb, a fourth-grade student at Fort Dorchester Elementary School in Summerville / North Charleston, South Carolina, Warm Feet Happy Hearts collects socks and distributes them to children with this need.
After singing in church and receiving a monetary gift, Jordan asked God to show her how He wanted her to use this gift to bless someone else. God spoke to her heart and told her to help these children.
Since its beginning, Warm Feet Happy Hearts has collected and distributed more than 85,000 pairs of socks and 20,000 pairs of underwear to children and adults. Our prayer is that as we share these socks with the boys and girls in communities in the Low Country, across the United States and around the world, we are not only warming their feet but are sharing the love of Jesus with them.
Now, an 18 year old young woman, Jordan continues to collect and distribute socks to help those in need.
